SHIPMENT WITHIN UKRAINE
Delivered by the "Nova Poshta" courier service (weekdays at 4:00 p.m., Saturdays at 3:00 p.m.)

⁃ postpaid when making a minimum advance payment of UAH 300, if 3 or more things, then the cost of prepayment is 400 UAH.
Large orders, sending several places at the same time - check with the managers.
The delivery time is 1-3 working days (depending on the working hours of "Nova Poshta" in the recipient's region)
After arrival, the parcel is stored at the branch for 5 calendar days, after which it will be automatically returned (LAW OF UKRAINE ON THE PROTECTION OF CONSUMER RIGHTS P II, Article 17).
SHIPPING OUTSIDE UKRAINE
They are carried out by the national postal company (daily) only upon full prepayment for the ordered item and
delivery Delivery cost: $20-25 for the first kilogram + $4-7 for each subsequent one (depending on the country of destination). Delivery terms are 12-20 working days (LAW OF UKRAINE ON THE PROTECTION OF CONSUMER RIGHTS R II, Article 17).
ADVANCE PAYMENT is a partial payment of the cost of the goods and is an insurance sum, which, in case of refusal to receive the order, covers the transportation costs of the carrier company, used packaging materials, etc.
By default, the subscription is NON-REFUNDABLE.
The subscription is REFUNDED in the following cases:
- clients have paid the transportation costs of the carrier company (it is necessary to present a photo / scanned copy of receipts for payment of costs);
- When rejecting the parcel in case of discrepancy between the ordered and received goods (it is necessary to present a photo from the office of the carrier company) (LAW OF UKRAINE ON THE PROTECTION OF CONSUMER RIGHTS R II, Art. 16-18).
INDIVIDUAL ORDERS (TO ORDER)
- Advance payment for shoes and clothes that were previously available - UAH 500
- Advance payment for custom-made shoes and clothes - 30% of the total cost of the product
- Advance payment for custom-made shoes and clothes (single order) - 50% of the total cost of the product.
WARNING! In the case of an individual order for products that were not in our assortment, concept store 17SB reserves the right not to refund the full amount of money for this order. The client has the right to choose another product for this amount or leave the funds on deposit.
Please note that the specified delivery times for individual orders may increase due to factors beyond our control (seasonality, holidays, customs issues, war). In the case of the last -. possible delays from 3 to 7 working days. Customers are requested to consider the above when ordering. For our part, we are responsible for the safety and conformity of the product and do everything possible to ensure that the order arrives within the specified time.
