Delivery within Ukraine, by default, is carried out by the courier service "Nova Poshta". Can be sent by any other postal operator upon request. You can also pick up your order from our showroom in Dnepr (more details in the “payment and delivery” section)

Payment 
⁃ full payment for purchasing goods;
⁃ Payments must be made by making a minimum overpayment of 300 UAH, with 3 or more positions in the agreed upon overpayment structure being determined on an individual basis.
An advance payment is a partial payment for the cost of the goods and the insurance amount, which, in its own way, guarantees the return of the goods, covers the transport costs of the carrier company, packaging of materials, etc.
By default, prepayment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
The prepayment is REFUNDED in the following cases:
- the client paid the transport costs of the carrier company (you must present a photo/scanned copy of receipts for payment of expenses);
- in case of refusal of a parcel in case of discrepancy between the ordered and received goods (you must present a photo from the office of the carrier company) (LAW OF UKRAINE on the protection of consumer rights R II, art. 16-18).

The customer has the right to return/exchange the product within 14 days, not including the day of purchase, provided that the product has not been used, its product appearance and consumer qualities have been preserved.
