The moment of purchase of the goods is the date when the customer purchased the ordered item in concept store 17SB or picked up the parcel from the office of the carrier company.
The client has the right to exchange or return the order within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
- the full presentation is preserved (the absence of any defects, the presence of tags, packaging)
-the presence of a receipt for payment of the ordered goods (fiscal receipt for payment of COD or cash on delivery receipt from the store in case of full prepayment)
-identification
- application for the return of goods
If all conditions are met, the funds will be returned to the client within 5 working days from the moment the returned item arrives at the sender's office. Sending goods for exchange is carried out within 3 working days from the moment the item arrives at the sender's office. The services of the carrier company are paid by the client. DEFECTS AND NON-CONFORMITY
The client has the opportunity to inspect the ordered item at the office of the carrier company for compliance with his order and defects.
The goods taken from the office of the carrier company, by default, are considered to be in accordance with the order, as well as quality standards. (The LAW OF UKRAINE about defending the rights of citizens R ІІ, Art. 8).
GUARANTEE
All purchased items are guaranteed for 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Concept store 17SB reserves the right to reimburse the customer for the repair of the product or exchange it for an alternative item.
Warranty repair or exchange of goods is carried out only in cases of hidden manufacturing defects (tear at the seam, lack or excess of glue, etc.).
In case of forced use or use not provided for by the rules of operation of the product, the warranty is void. (LAW OF UKRAINE about defending the rights of citizens R II, Art. 4,7,13).
MUTUAL RESPONSIBILITY
Concept store 17SB is not responsible for possible injuries and illnesses resulting from improper use of purchased goods or individual sensitivity (intolerance) of the buyer to certain types of natural / synthetic fibers of fabric, paint, etc. For its part, Concept store 17SB undertakes to inform customers about the composition, dimensional grids, properties of the products provided at the request of the client.
By sending his data, the client automatically concludes an offer agreement with the 17SB online store. This confirms his full agreement with the rules of the store. Concept store 17SB is committed to respecting the privacy rights of the client and fulfilling its obligations as set out in these rules.
